Court Date For Vick on First Day of Practice

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is expected to appear in federal court next week in regards to his alleged connection to an illegal dogfighting ring. Vick has a bond hearing set for 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on July 26th at a federal court in Virginia. His arraignment is scheduled to follow a half hour later. The hearing coincides with the first day of Falcons training camp. Vick and three others were indicted Tuesday on felony charges stemming from the alleged ring. The four face charges of conspiracy to travel in interstate commerce and sponsoring the fighting venture.
