Michael Vick might be tackled again by the strong arm of the law.  Already under federal indictment on charges of running an illegal dogfighting ring in Surry County, the quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons might be called onto the carpet on racketeering charges.  Co-defendant Tony Taylor already is cutting a deal with prosecutors, who plan to use the 34-year-old as a witness against Vick at trial in November.  Legal experts say the wording of the indictment fuels the probability that the former Virginia Tech star will be indicted for racketeering.
