Friday’s deadline for Michael Vick to make a plea deal came and went, but there are reports that lawyers for the embattled Atlanta Falcons quarterback are still negotiating with federal prosecutors regarding his dogfighting case. A federal grand jury in Richmond will meet this week and Vick reportedly could face a more serious, superseding indictment now that all three of his co-defendants have entered into plea deals. Two co-defendants say that Vick personally executed dogs that were not good fighters.
