The Falcons will try again to get off the schnide and capture their first win of 2007 when they host the Houston Texans at the Georgia Dome on Sunday.  The Falcons fell to 0-and-3 in the post-Michael Vick era, dropping a 27-20 decision to the Carolina Panthers in Week Three.  The loss came despite Joey Harrington’s best game of the season.  He finished 31-of-44 for 361 yards and a pair of touchdowns in defeat.  The Texans are looking to bounce back from their first setback of the season, a 30-24 loss to the defending Super Bowl champion Colts.  Houston was denied its first 3-and-0 start in franchise history.  Atlanta won the last meeting in 2003.
