The Falcons got their first win of the season, a 26-16 victory over the Houston Texans.  A smaller than expected Georgia Dome crowd witnessed the win on Sunday after an 0-and-3 start.  Atlanta quarterback Joey Harrington, who was 23-of-29 for 233 yards, threw two touchdown passes to wide receiver Michael Jenkins to open a 20-10 halftime lead.  A Texans touchdown by former Falcons quarterback Matt Schaub was successfully challenged by head coach Bobby Petrino, as Schaub’s knee was down before the ball crossed the line.  That score would have closed Atlanta’s lead to 26-22 before being nullified.  The Falcons travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans this Sunday.
