Falcons Seeking To Recoup Vick Bonus Money

An arbitrator ruled the team is entitled to the money because it was paid for future services. With the former Virginia Tech star indefinitely suspended and his future in doubt, the arbitrator ruled the money can’t be earned. Vick will be sentenced December 10th and faces up to five years in prison for his role in a dogfighting ring. The NFL Players Association says it will appeal the arbitrator’s ruling to a federal judge.
