Wachovia Bank filed suit against suspended Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick Tuesday, alleging that he and a business partner have defaulted on a one-point-three-million-dollar loan.  The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Atlanta, claims Vick and Gerald Frank Jenkins owe more than 939-thousand-dollars in principal, interest and fees on the loan for the wine store Atlantic Wine and Package LLC.  In December, Vick is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court in Richmond, Virginia on a dogfighting charge.
