Petrino and Hall Have Meeting Over Recent Comments
Posted by Matt Loede on October 29th, 2007 filed in NewsJust to “clear the air,” Falcons head coach Bobby Petrino and cornerback DeAngelo Hall met Monday before practice to talk about some of the comments Hall has made of late as to the direction of the franchise. Hall seemed flat out irate last week after the team said “so long” to veteran defensive tackle Grady Jackson. Hall questioned what direction the franchise was headed in. “Obviously you don’t like to see some of those comments made,” Petrino said. “I understand part of it I guess. I certainly had a meeting with DeAngelo and we’ll put it behind us and move on.”
Petrino said that the meeting went well and that the pair are ready to move on. Hall agreed. “Yeah, that’s the game plan,” he said. Petrino did say that some of the vets on the team were told about Jackson being let go before it hit the media, which is one of the reasons Hall was mad about the situation. The coach said part of the reason that Hall didn’t get a call was because he got a new phone.

Coach Petrino runs that team,NOT D.HALL.If Hall doesn’t like the way the coach runs the team tell him to PLEASE stay home. He needs to worry about his own performance since he has been “BURNED”on numerous occasions. Or better yet,go play on the team your boy Vick is going to be playing for.NICE STRIPED UNIFORMS!!!!!!!!!!

How can any respectable organization, such as Arkansas University, hire an employee who has acted in such an unprofessional manner? My opinion of the Arkansas University administrative department has lowered.
