Falcons May Not Get Sellout

The Falcons may not be sold out for Sunday’s game against San Francisco.  That would mean, for the first time in 56 games, they will not be on local television.  If an additional three-thousand tickets are not sold by 1 p.m. Thursday, the Falcons will be subject to an NFL-mandated blackout.  The 1-and-6 Falcons are facing a 2-and-5 San Francisco team that has lost its last five games.  The last Falcons TV blackout came on December 23rd, 2001.
