Vick Set for Court Appearance Today

Suspended Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is scheduled for another appearance in court today in Virginia.   It’s expected that a trial date for state charges of dog-fighting will be set.  Vick’s lawyers say they intend to continue fighting the state charges on the grounds that a defendant cannot be tried twice for the same crime.  Vick has already entered a guilty plea to federal charges involving dog-fighting.
