Falcons GM and Coach Search Continues

Looks like the Falcons have finally found a few good men, as two men have stepped up in the search for a new GM and coach.  Sources say that Eagles GM Tom Heckert will interview today, and it appears that he would be the front-runner as long as he has a solid interview.  He’ll be the third candidate to meet with the team about the GM spot.  Jeff Lurie has given major props to Heckert for the job he’s done with the team over the past seven seasons.  Jim Caldwell on the coaching front had a solid interview of the three men that met with the team - Caldwell, Dallas assistant head coach Tony Sparano and Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett.  Tennessee defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz is said to be next on the list for an interview now that the Titans are done in the 07 NFL Playoffs.
