The Falcons and the Oakland Raiders appear to seal a trade deal Thursday night that will send two-time Pro Bowl cornerback DeAngelo Hall to Oakland in exchange for two draft picks. One of the two picks from the Raiders includes this year’s second-round pick which is the 34th overall. The trade deal puts the number of Falcons draft picks at ten, including the number 3 overall choice and a chance to re-build the team. Also, the Falcons continue contract negotiations this week with free-agent kicker Jason Elam who has been meeting with team officials in Atlanta.
