The Falcons website is reporting that the team is giving running back Jerious Norwood a look as a possible punt returner for the 2008 season.  Right now Adam Jennings is the man listed as the punt returner, but he has little value in other areas and seems to be resting on the bubble for a roster spot. The thought is that getting Norwood to return punts would allow them to release Jennings.  It also would give the play-making Norwood more shots with the ball, which is something that didn’t have enough of last season.
