Suspended Falcons quarterback Michael Vick filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a federal courtroom in Virginia on Monday.  Vick is claiming debts of 10-million to 50-million-dollars and has listed among his creditors the Atlanta Falcons for a claim of 3.75-million-dollars of a pro-rated signing bonus.  Six other creditors listed include banks and Joel Enterprises, with a disputed claim of 4.5-million-dollars.  Vick is currently serving a 23 month prison sentence in Leavenworth, Kansas on dogfighting charges.
