The Falcons will start rookie quarterback Matt Ryan on Friday night as the Tennessee Titans come calling on the Georgia Dome. The team’s third preseason game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. For fans who hoped to see the live exhibition game on TV, the game will be seen locally on tape-delay beginning at 10 p.m.
