Sources say Falcons LB Keith Brooking just isn’t making major impact plays at this point in his career. He looks slow, particularly when he’s matched up with a running back out of the backfield in pass coverage, and he has whiffed on clean shots at the quarterback. Brooking is coming up on free agency this offseason, and Atlanta may not re-sign him unless he comes at a reduced price.
