Posted in The Falcons today promoted Les Snead to director of player personnel. Snead has spent the last 11 seasons in the Falcons’ front office. “Les continues to distinguish himself as an adept evaluator in our business,” Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff said. “His work ethic, critical evaluation, and detailed oriented approach to all aspects of personnel clearly set him apart.”
