Will Jerious Norwood get more looks in the Falcons Offense in 2009? Pro Football Weekly says he very well could:

There’s been much talk this offseason about RB Jerious Norwood taking on a larger role in the Falcons’ offense in 2009, and early reports from training camp indicate he looks up to the task. Word is Norwood appears to be more decisive running the ball than in past seasons, and he still is one of the faster backs in the league. Atlanta is expected to get Norwood more carries to lighten the load on Michael Turner. Norwood, already the primary kick returner, could add punt returns to his duties following the season-ending injury to WR Harry Douglas, who had been the team’s top punt returner.
