Posted in The Falcons locked up WR Brian Finneran before he hit the open market, according to a report. Pro Football Weekly correspondent D. Orlando Ledbetter, a beat writer for the Atlanta Journal Constitution, reports that Atlanta re-signed Finneran to a one-year deal. Finneran, who is heading into his 10th NFL season, caught 11 passes for 111 yards in 10 games last season before he was placed on injured reserve with a torn PCL.
