Falcons May Dump DE Jamaal Anderson This Offseason

Pro Football Weekly reports that while Falcons DE Jamaal Anderson has the versatility to play inside and outside on the defensive line the team may look to dump him this offseason. The team values him as a run stuffer, but he has only 4.5 sacks in four seasons. One of the team’s priorities this offseason is to ramp up its pass rush, and there is some doubt about whether Anderson, who has one year and just under $3.6 million left on his contract, will be back with the team next season.
