Falcons Coach Dan Quinn Says WR Jones Good to Go For Sunday vs Saints

Falcons head coach Dan Quinn confirmed that wide receiver Julio Jones is “good to go” for the team’s crucial NFC South showdown with the New Orleans Saints this Sunday according to Vaughn McClure of ESPN.

Doubts were raised after Jones did not practice either Wednesday or Thursday but he did participate in Friday’s light session. Jones is dealing with ankle and thumb injuries and had little production over the past three games but he continues to be a must-start in both real life and fantasy.

Complicating things further for him on Sunday will be squaring up against rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore, who is the leading candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
