DE Anderson Still Struggling Close to Two Years In

Almost two full seasons into his pro career, sources in Atlanta say Falcons DE Jamaal Anderson is still trying to find a finishing move that he can use to his advantage against pass protectors. Anderson, who has just two sacks in 29 career games, has been able to consult and observe John Abraham, a strong finisher, since he was chosen with the eighth overall pick in the 2007 draft, but he hasn’t caught on quite yet. Part of his problem, close observers of the team say, is that he just seems like a nice guy and lacks the tough instincts it takes to get to the quarterback on a regular basis
